Custom-Made Products
All products are custom-made upon order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not allowed once the order has been placed.

Production Time
Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current production capacity.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or contains defects due to manufacturing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the issue and will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.
